Dry dry season.

Typically the drier season in our region lasts from mid-June to mid-September. This year is has been particularly strong. Both at the lodge and here in Nanegal we experienced the driest September since we have been taking the data (2018). At the lodge we had 48mm of rain while the average of the last six years is 120mm.

Nanegal which is about 800m lower than the lodge is - as expected - even drier ... 33,5mm this year compared to an average of 77mm.

Although it started raining a little it currently looks like October will also be amongst the drier ones.
