We obtained four new camera traps for our wildlife monitoring project. After a few days of testing they will be set up in our reserve within the next week. Unless someone comes up with a better idea they will be monitoring locations that have been monitored in the past. With that we will have a total of eleven spots in the Santa Lucía reserve equipped with camera traps.
We are also using some older trails cams that are not totally reliable anymore, but still serve for collecting some additional data.
